How GenAI helps us disrupt our core business with an AI assistant in production for 2+ years

Gojob is a French scale-up whose mission is to bring every person into the job market. Over the past two years, we have disrupted our own core business with an AI assistant in production to accelerate recruitment. Our AI assistant interacts with our candidates—job seekers—which requires building a reliable, responsible, efficient and ethical AI.
