Francesca is Head of Data at iAdvize. With over ten years of experience in data, she previously led Data Science teams in the retail industry and conducted R&D in text mining. Holding a PhD in Astronomy, Francesca began her career in scientific research before transitioning to data and AI. At iAdvize, she focuses on revamping the role of the data team within the company, driving the evolution of the technical stack and BI platform, and demonstrating the business impact of generative AI solutions.
