Carmen Valtierra de Luis

With over 10 years' experience in tech, Carmen started out as Head of Customer Service before moving into Product Management, becoming Smiirl's first Product Manager. After a spell at Worklife, she joined Bodyguard in 2022 as Head of Product. At Bodyguard, Carmen leads the development of a SaaS solution for textual content moderation, combining NLP, ML and LLM to not only eliminate online toxicity, but also enable companies to better understand their communities through active listening.She will share her vision on the integration of AI into UX/UI and the strategy of this technology at the heart of the Bodyguard product.
