I hold a Ph. Doctorate in applied mathematics and this is an incurable disease despite twenty five years of computer science treatment in the industry. The world calls workers like us: data scientists or worse, decision scientists. I devote my life to audit, consultancy and product development in Customer & Pricing Analytics. The new sources of data, coming from the web and every interaction with the company, make us a bit less ignorant about our customer (constrained) needs. We do our best to leverage on that and offer better services, minimize cost to serve and, hopefully, price better our products.
